Your mission
You will support the Program Management Office of Rivada Space Networks with your software skills both in Application Management as well as in Scheduling.

For the Atlassian Software Application - you will be responsible for the development and support of all activities using the Atlassian tool suite. You will manage the current and future implementation and maintenance of but not limited to JIRA and Confluence software for the Program Team in close cooperation with our IT department which maintains the IT infrastructure. You will support the users to enable the most effective, best-practice working processes.

For the Scheduling -  you will have a supporting role for the development and maintenance of our Program Master Schedule. You are fluent in MS Project and have experience in working across different teams to continuously updating schedules with input provided by internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

You will work in a Matrix organization within the Program Management Office. 

This includes:
  • Developing links with external vendors through the software
  • Building long-term working relationships with key global subcontractors
  • Working closely with internal and external technical groups
  • Providing training to end users
  • Participating in external and internal management meetings as required
  • Providing support to other RSN teams upon requirement
What you bring on the table
  • Demonstrated experience of implementing and administering Atlassian products and of using MS Project for at least 3+ years
  • General knowledge of IT processes
  • Knowledge of workload planning activities is beneficial (in a development project and operational environment)
  • Understanding and responding to complex situations by systematically and rigorously analyzing issues
  • Project management skills, esp. establishing plans, defining priorities, and carrying them out efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work flexibly in an environment with shifting priorities, timescales and processes
  • Understanding the importance of working with customer requirements and subcontractor processes
  • Excellent communications and inter-personal skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-driven approach and absolute team player
  • Willingness to travel (mainly between our offices in Munich and Berlin)
  • Fluency in English
