Your mission
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3GPP Architect with specialized expertise in protocol customization to join our dynamic team. As a Senior 3GPP Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing telecommunications systems and protocols according to the latest 3GPP standards. Your primary responsibility will be to customize and tailor protocol specifications to meet the requirements of Rivada Space Systems Outernet.
This includes:
- Leading the architecture and design of telecommunications systems based on 3GPP standards, ensuring compliance and interoperability
- Customizing and extending existing protocol specifications to address specific project needs, incorporating new features and functionalities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including software engineers, system architects, and product managers to define and implement protocol customization requirements
- Conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of protocol performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in 3GPP standards and telecommunications technologies, integrating relevant developments into our projects and solutions
- Driving innovation and contributing to the development of new protocols, algorithms, and techniques to enhance the performance and capabilities of our telecommunications systems
