Who we are
Welcome to one of Europe’s most exciting New Space companies, creating the world's first fully connected mesh network in the sky. We are an international team of experts and engineers who have spent their careers expanding the boundaries and potential of space, now united in pursuit of a single vision. We value trust, open communication and collaboration to achieve the best results together.
Your mission
As a platform manager, you will define and execute the product strategy for cloud platform services that address both engineering team needs and business goals. You will partner closely with engineering teams to deeply understand their challenges and requirements, ensuring platform services evolve in the right direction through continuous feedback and iteration. By championing platform-as-product principles and maintaining focus on developer experience, you will drive the creation of intuitive, well-documented, and reliable platform capabilities that accelerate engineering productivity.

This includes:
  • Product Strategy & Planning: Define and drive the product strategy for cloud platform services while maintaining a comprehensive service roadmap. You'll establish meaningful metrics and KPIs to track platform success, drive FinOps practices for cost optimization, and ensure the right balance between feature delivery and operational excellence
  • Platform Development Leadership: Own the gathering and prioritization of cloud platform requirements while defining clear product specifications. You'll manage the feature backlog, guide the development of self-service capabilities, and ensure our platform documentation enables team success. Your role is crucial in shaping how our cloud platform evolves to meet business needs
  • Service Portfolio & Developer Experience: Oversee our Developer Experience platforms, including Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and CI/CD tooling. You'll guide our cloud infrastructure service offerings and direct platform automation solutions. Take ownership of FinOps and cost management tools to ensure efficient resource utilization across the platform
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across Technology and Operations teams while coordinating with SRE on reliability requirements. You'll work closely with Security teams on compliance matters and engage with Finance to implement effective FinOps practices, ensuring all stakeholder needs are met
What you bring on the table
  • You understand technology deeply. Strong technical knowledge of one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack) and infrastructure automation is essential. Your understanding of container orchestration, serverless architectures, CI/CD practices, and security requirements helps you make informed product decisions. You grasp networking fundamentals and cost optimization patterns that influence platform architecture.
  • You're an experienced product manager. Your skills in product strategy development, roadmap planning, and backlog management drive successful outcomes. You excel at gathering requirements, creating clear user stories, and prioritizing features effectively. Your strong technical writing abilities and understanding of agile methodologies ensure clear communication and efficient delivery.
  • You bring substantial experience. With 5+ years in product management and a strong technical background, you understand how to deliver cloud platform products successfully. Your track record of product delivery and cost optimization experience demonstrates your ability to build valuable, efficient solutions that meet business needs.
  • You're a natural collaborator. Your ability to work across teams, understand diverse stakeholder needs, and drive consensus helps create successful platform solutions. You know how to balance technical requirements with business objectives while maintaining strong relationships across the organization
