Your mission
Rivada’s dynamic corporate IT team is looking for an exceptional Microsoft 365 Cloud Product owner to join the growing department. As a Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer, your role encompasses managing, optimizing, and securing the entire Microsoft 365 Enterprise suite alongside Azure virtual machines for the organization. This includes administering services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, while also managing Azure VMs. Your responsibility is to ensure seamless operation, optimal performance, and stringent security and compliance across all aspects of the Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Azure VM environments.
This includes:
Microsoft 365 Environment Management:
Administer, configure, and maintain all components of Microsoft 365 Enterprise, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and associated services
Ensure smooth operation and optimal performance through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Azure Virtual Machines Management:
Deploy, configure, and manage Azure virtual machines to support various organizational workloads
Optimize VM resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions for Azure VMs
Security and Compliance:
Design and implement robust security policies and controls to protect the Microsoft 365 and Azure VM environments from cyber threats and data breaches
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and remediate security risks
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 across both environments
Identity and Access Management (IAM):
Manage user identities and access controls across Microsoft 365 and Azure services using Azure Active Directory (AAD)
Implement single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies to enhance security
Integrate on-premises identity infrastructure with Microsoft 365 and Azure using Azure AD Connect
SharePoint Administration:
Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and lists to support collaboration and document management within the Microsoft 365 environment
Develop and enforce SharePoint governance policies to ensure proper usage and content management
