Your mission
Working as part of our talented corporate IT team, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Administrator to provide comprehensive support for our Microsoft 365 environment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have a seamless and productive experience with Microsoft's suite of tools, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the overall health of our collaboration and communication systems.
This includes:
Microsoft 365 Support:
Provide first- and second-level technical support for all Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
Troubleshoot user issues related to email, calendar, file sharing, collaboration, and communication within the M365 ecosystem
Assist with user account management, including onboarding, offboarding, and password resets
Monitor and maintain the health of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Device and Application Support:
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications on various devices (laptops, desktops, mobile)
- Assist with software installations, updates, and patches for Microsoft 365-related applications
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on user devices
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for Microsoft 365 processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Contribute to the knowledge base and share expertise with the IT team
- Train users on new features and best practices within the Microsoft 365 environment
