Your mission

As Executive Assistant you hold a central position at Rivada Space Networks. With your talent for organization, your eye for details and your excellent ability to set priorities, you are responsible for all administrational duties for our Management.

This includes:

Efficient organization and coordination of day-to-day business
Preparation and follow-up of business meetings and business trips
Interface between management and internal/external partners
Supporting communication in German and English with national and international business partners
Processing and preparation of documents, presentations and reports
Preparation of briefings and analyses
Project coordination and management
Taking on special tasks and working independently on projects to relieve the management team
Creating travel expense reports and checking credit card statements
Manage document configuration and filing
Setting up and maintaining a contact data base

This is a role that was created recently which means that there is a lot of space for you and us to develop this role.

What you bring on the table

University or training degree with a commercial background
Ideally experience as Executive Assistant
Exceptionally good knowledge of MS-Office
High level of trustworthiness and discretion
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
High resilience and self-motivation
Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
Analytical way of thinking and quick comprehension skills
High degree of discretion and trustworthiness
Profound understanding of business processes and organizational structures
Independent and proactive can-do attitude with a high degree of self-organization
German fluent and English business fluent
Willigness to travel

About us

Rivada Space Networks is deploying the Outernet: the first unified global communications network. Rivada's global low-latency point-to-point network of 600 low earth orbit (LEO) satellites is a unique next-generation constellation combining inter-satellite laser links with advanced onboard processing and routing to create a ubiquitous optical mesh network in space. This "orbital network," in which data stays in space from origin to destination, creates an ultra-secure satellite network with pole-to-pole coverage, offering end-to-end latencies much lower than terrestrial fiber over long distances. And by routing traffic on a physically separated network, it provides a layer of defense for any organization that needs to securely share data between widely distributed sites.
